Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or wrong items

Check your delivery on arrival. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel before dispatch at no cost. Once materials have left our store, cancellation may carry a transport charge.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the same account you paid from, normally within 7 to 10 working days of us approving the return.

What we cannot take back

Cement, sand and other bulk materials cannot be returned once unloaded at site, unless they are defective.
